Still Have Questions?
Your Questions, Answered!
Explore our Frequently Asked Questions to find quick answers about our courses, funding options, enrollment process, and more. We’re here to help you on your training journey!
- When will my enquiry be answered?
When you submit your enquiry, you may wonder when you will receive a response. The time it takes to answer can vary based on several factors such as the complexity of the question and the workload of the team. Generally, we try to answer enquires within two (2) business days. Patience is important as thorough answers may take time to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Has my ticket (chainsaw, machinery etc) expired?
No, tickets do not expire, however the code changes from time to time and some companies require you to have the latest code for their records. We can offer credit transfers to update the codes, or you can re sit the course if it has been a long time since you did the course.
- Do we do full machine courses?
Yes, Jenagar can do full machinery tickets as long as you have access to the machinery for us to complete a practical assessment as Jenagar does not have the resources to do full tickets on site. We can offer Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) with enough evidence to support your application.
- Which payment options do you support?
We accept cash or Eftpos. You can either pay on the day or in advance, but courses must be paid in full for you to obtain your statement of attainment.
- Can I request an invoice in a company’s name?
Yes, however, please ensure that the company knows about it and are happy to pay unless it is your own. Some companies prefer to send in a purchase order for their records as well.
- Are there any breaks?
Yes, we offer smoke and lunch breaks through out all our courses. We have cold water, tea and coffee facilities at the office for our in-house training.
